Billing questions
When will I be charged?
Not before paid plans open. Joining the list or reserving the founding price costs nothing. When we open checkout, you choose whether to subscribe.
Who handles payments?
Our reseller, Paddle.com, processes orders as the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and your receipts come from Paddle.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to Free. Your rides stay yours.
How does the founding price work?
Riders who reserve during early access can subscribe yearly at $39.99 instead of $49.99. The price stays for every renewal as long as the subscription doesn't lapse.
